This is False.

WRT to racial profiling....
The likelihood that a asian-descent person is likely
to commit a violent crime is about 1/100th that
of a white-descent person.

For example with respect to the FBI/DOJ statistics for forcible rape
in 2005,
Asian offenders is about one percent of the white offender rate(66%)
for rape.
See table below. If you look at the hotlink i provided and look at the
2005
table you'll notice that across the board for violent crimes -- asian
offenders
represent less than percent of all offenders while white
offenders
make up approximately 42 percent(Robbery) to 73 percent(non rape
sexual offense) of all violent crime offenders.
