The answer is yes, he's kill filed. So the only way we see him is if
someone *does* reply, like you did. He's whistling in the dark, using
the royal "we".

The rest of us don't even through him a bone, but he's one of those
"too ornery to die" types, so let him prattle on in his perpetual
delusional state. He's kill filed anyway. In the mean time, the rest
of us still like and respect Steve.
